A type of government that allows little or no private ownership of property and that has strong control over the economy and society as a whole is called Communism. The hammer and sickle are universal symbols for Communism.

Imperialism is the practice of one country taking control of another country's government and economy.
true
False. A mixed economy is a mixture of socialism and capitalism. So there is some government control over business, and some private ownership.
It is not necessarily fixed as to who has titular ownership of capital in a planned/command economy. Ownership of capital can reside in either private entrepreneurs or in government-owned industries; a number of planned/command economies allowed for a degree of private property ownership. However, the fundamental basis of control, such as decisions about what to produce and the quantity to produce, are vested exclusively in the government. In planned/command economies, the government can literally order private factories to make products that do not have a large market desirability and to avoid producing products that have large demand.
The laws of real property and probate in the state where the property is located control ownership.
False, communism when actually employed in government is much more controlling than standard socialism. Communism is an extreme version of socialism. Under communism, private ownership, private property & business ownership is forbidden. Fascism is a less extreme version of socialism. Under Fascism, business & property ownership is allowed but controlled & directed by the government.
It is a system that is based on the private ownership of the means of production. The goal is to make a profit. Property rights and a lack of government control over markets are emphasized.

Civil rights and land ownership is a broad topic. Consider the following: In countries that allow private ownership of land the rights of the owners are often misunderstood. The likely cause is that the history and concept of private land ownership is relatively recent and very fractured, coming to the United States via England and English Common Law. Many groups are currently fixated on the idea that as part of their civil rights a person has sovereign control over their own land, that the government has no right to impose property taxes and that an owner can do whatever they want to with their private property. They fail to acknowledge the abundance of long standing federal, state and local laws that affect the use and ownership of real property. The government has authority to take land from the legal owner and take rights in that land. Property taxes were authorized by laws enacted by elected officials whom we have chosen to represent us in government. The government can take possession of your land or take rights in your land for a public purpose as long as you are compensated. Town government can limit use by zoning, control what you can and cannot build by building codes, prohibit certain items from being stored on your property under hazardous material restrictions, require you to keep it clear of refuse under health laws, and prohibit the keeping of farm animals in city settings. It can prohibit you from cultivating marijuana. It can demolish a condemned building on your property and make you pay. It can take possession of your property and sell it if you don't pay property taxes. This is only a brief survey of the government's rights to control your private property. Those government rights still leave the property owner with many rights and much control over their property. In fact, real property ownership is considered by many as an ownership of rights in the land- not the land itself. Most important of those rights are the right to control, right to possession, rights to the profits therefrom and the right to dispose by sale or by Will. The government protects those rights (such protection being funded by taxes). You have the right to privacy and the right to be protected from trespass. The government cannot enter your home without a warrant issued by a judge.

They can't control the global internet, no, because nobody legally owns the internet. The internet is the property of the people of Earth, not one single government. However, the government can control what websites are accessible in their country. For example, the British government can block Mexican drug websites from being accessible in British territories, because they are against the law.
