Generally, yes, and they are not allowed to switch from this job without permission from the central planners.
add. The latter part is not necessarily so. In Singapore for example the government ran a policy of "a job will be found for every one who can work." And people were encouraged to take up training to fit them for a better job. Singapore's main aim was to move the country from a 'low value added' economy to a 'high value added' one. And in their execution they were successful. they rid themselves of the tyre and vehicle assembly industries, and substituted electronics and semiconductors.
Singapore added a few extras that were not very popular - such as street vendors jobs were not allowed to be held by folk of age less than 60.
But the process worked.
Typically, a person who knows the answer will answer a question put to him and being in a centrally planned economy has nothing to do with it.If the question intends to ask "Who makes the decisions of how much to produce in a centrally planned economy?" the answer to that would be, generally speaking, the government, and specifically it would be an economics ministry of the state. In the Soviet Union, for example, there was the State Planning Committee, popularly known as Gosplan, that made key decisions in terms of how much to produce in all major industries.

The economy doesn't like anything since economy is no person. Or maybe your question lacks a verb?
Without taxation an economy would have no funding (apart from governments borrowing money). That means that there would be no schools, no hospitals etc. Although people don't enjoy paying them the tax rates are factored into a person's salary so they are well planned.
A pace for someone would vary from person to person, but you should probably have a slow pace.
It is premeditated/planned murder and a person could get life for a shooting like this.
