if it is increasing greatly it is "good"
I have been a broker for about 10 years. A stock drops on good news because it is following the old saying "buy the rumour, sell the fact". The Stockmarket is all about expectations. You are always betting on a particular outcome.....sometimes it goes your way - sometimes not. Does the performance of a stock live-up to its expectation? That is why stocks move up and down...I hope that helps.
If the purchase or acquisition of an item is meant as an addition to stock, it is new demand. It the purchase of an item is meant for maintaining the old stock of capital/ asset intact, it is replacement demand.
Old corrugated cardboard (OCC) is not directly traded on the stock market like stocks or commodities. Instead, its price is typically determined through contracts and transactions in the recycling and waste management industries. The market price can vary based on factors such as demand from manufacturers, supply chain issues, and global economic conditions. For the most accurate and current pricing, industry reports or recycling market sources would be more relevant than stock market listings.

Scripophily is the collection of old stock and bond certificates. These old papers can tell you a lot about a company, even ones still operating today.

Aside from the antique nature of having one or more stock certificates from an old company, no, the stock is no longer any good. When the company transitioned from General Telephone and Electronics to GTE Corporation, there would have been a stock swap from the old to the new company. If an individual did not do so within a period of time (typically one-to-two years in the early 1980s), the certificates became worthless. If; however, you held your stock with a broker (there were no on line brokerages in those days), they would have done the exchange on your behalf and you would likely have received GTE Corporation stock. Moving to today, GTE Corporation merged with Bell Atlantic in 2000 to become Verizon Communications. As a result, you would have received some Verizon Communications stock and some payment for the value of companies spun off from/not kept by the Verizon entity.
Its good to have an income, but it is more good to have a higher income, if you are searching for a person who want to rent your area you may put any banners that would tell the person to rent your space.
Not as of now.
