In the poverty cycle it is clear that ( developing countries) have low income levels, this means that their saving level is very low( MPS is low) , low saving will mean there are no funds in the financial system so investors will find it difficult to obtain loans and to invest, this will hinder economic growth and eventually development.
Obtaining foreign aid means that having funds which if used efficiently will boost investment and hence boosting economic growth - breaking the poverty cycle-. However, there are many criticism on the scenario.
Poverty in Bangladesh is overwhelming. The nation needs aid from the World Bank or the IMF to begin to escape from poverty.
Least developed
I would imagine that people below the poverty level will get a tax decrease.
Lyndon Johnson is noted for his war on poverty . Some say that poverty won.
If aid groups can help set up people to be self sufficient--for example helping people to start productive businesses or helping people cultivate renewable sources of food, then they can be effective. Being part of a larger community helps people end the isolation that can exacerbate poverty. Not all aid groups function in this manner.
:) hi
The poverty cycle is a cycle that shows the different factors of poverty. Born into poverty- health problems- lack of education- lack of job-(that is the poverty cycle but it keeps on repeating
Basically because you need money in order to make money. People living in poverty usually only have enough money for their day to day subsistence (and often not even enough for that), which means that it is impossible for them to save any of their income and therefore they stay in poverty.
The rule explains why it's hard to break the cycle of poverty. It works with low income earners in awareness creation.

One of the most important factors that create a cycle of poverty is the lack of access to quality education. Without education, individuals often find it challenging to secure well-paying jobs, limiting their economic mobility and perpetuating financial instability. This lack of opportunity can lead to lower educational attainment for their children, thereby continuing the cycle across generations. Additionally, inadequate education can hinder access to resources and support systems that could help break the cycle of poverty.
