It depends on who is defining conceptual power and the knowledge thereof. The question should always be directed to the wisdom needed for applying this understanding appropriately. As we approach the issues of global economy, we must consider the internal and external driving forces that direct cause and effect factors that are particular to the environment (society) that surrounds organizations and the culture, attitudes, values, and belief systems specific to that culture. I believe we should look at the concept of power and think about placing it in appropriate balance. In other words, using synergy as the agreed upon foundation of power.
