To get an accurate average, you'll need to track your time and cleaning supply usage over a relatively long period of time (a few months perhaps). If you sum the total amount of time spent cleaning rooms and the total value of cleaning supplies used to clean the rooms then divide each of those numbers by the total number of rooms cleaned, you'll have your answer. Track for a shorter time period (less total rooms cleaned) for a quicker, but possibly less accurate answer.

This assumes you want to know hard costs only, it does not factor in things such as your vehicle operation costs to get to and from the rooms to be cleaned, insurance or employee boding costs, employee benefit/tax costs, etc.
