Tourism helps LEDCs by bringing in outside money wich can help turn their country into a NIC. Sometimes however, this can be bad because if tourism for the country goes bad and the country is dependant of the money brought it from travellers then they will be worse off than in the first place. England helps LEDCs through international aid, charitable organisations and military intervention (where applicable).
ledcs ask medcs for money if they need it but over time, medcs charge more and more interest and so the ledcs can't pay it back. medcs also bargain for their resources so when the ledcs are left in debt, with no control over their resources, they end up in poverty.
