There are. Billions of bills have been printed since 2009 but they all carry that same date. Remember, the date on US bills is a "series" date, not the date it was printed. A new series usually (but not always) is started when a new Secretary of the Treasury takes office, or in many cases, when there's a design change. The same date is used until the next change. Timothy Geitner was appointed as Treasury Secretary in 2009 and remained in office until 2013 so bills printed during his term almost* all carry that date. Jack Lew took office in 2013 so the next series will carry that date. (*) "Almost" all bills carry the same date because there's often an overlap, with new bills being printed at the same time production of the old series winds down.

While specific production numbers vary, it's estimated that around 1.4 billion two-dollar bills were printed overall. However, many of these bills are still in circulation, leading to a perception of their rarity. As of recent years, approximately 60 million two-dollar bills remain in circulation.

If you have 20 ten-dollar bills, that amounts to a total of $200. Since each twenty-dollar bill is worth $20, you would get 10 twenty-dollar bills from that $200.
depends on how many people there are...
Dollar bills weigh approximately 1 gram each. Thus, 2 pounds (avoirdupois) would contain approximately 908 dollar bills.
The amount varies considerably depending on demand. On average about 4 billion $1 notes are printed yearly, although that number has dropped in 2008 and 2009 due to the recession. This quantity normally accounts for just under half of all bills of all denominations printed in the US each year.
