Well, as with the large variety of jobs, it depends. In the Ukraine most people will make ATLEAST $100 per month ($1200 per year) although it can be much less than this and I'm sure there are no shortages of people who make $50 or less per month. People on the high end will make about $500 per month ($6000 per year). Even doctors (from what I've heard from people over there) only make MAYBE $500 per month AT MOST. I talked to someone in the Ukraine, both his parents are surgeons and needs to take an extra job just to put himself through school. Most average people though will make in between that (about $200-$250). It is actually quite sad. My 1st cousin 3 times removed and my second cousin twice removed are both pastors with well over 70 congregants each (in a village of 400) so you would suspect that they would make some nice money off of tithe but they don't, they make $200 per month, many of this tithe money goes to other places where it isn't necessarily needed (considering he has or had 6 kids to support on $200 a month and he is the only one who works). Not to mention, I can work 18 hours (without putting in too much labor) at almost minimum wage (12$ per hour) and I (a student) can make more money than they do in a month (I made $216 in those 18 hours) in my spare time in any given week. If you are considering donating money over there I would recommend trying to find a family, make a connection after writing them and send them atleast a bit of money (it would really help them). If not, I hope I answered your question.
