Nobody has a crystal ball, not even these financial geniuses out there that blog their opinions and guesstimates. I am no exception to this, and I'll even admit that they are probably more credible with their financial speculations. Having said this, my prediction for Exxon Mobil and the impending stock split will probably be before the year 2016. I formulated this opinion by using previous Exxon Mobil stock split histories that date back from the 1970s. If Exxon Mobil stock can hold around 90 for a long period of time, then I'm sure you'll see a stock split. But for now, enjoy the recent increase in Exxon Mobil's dividends. Until very reciently ExxonMobil made GM oil. that does not mean that is is standard Exxon or Mobil oil. many oil manufacturers custom blend oil for different retailers. Some higher performance GM vehicles came factory filled with Mobil 1 but that is changing as of 2011 model year. No word out from GM who their new supplier is - and if they are dropping the Mobil 1 factory fill. I guess we better research that and find out what is going on. But in answer to the question, it has been Exxonmobil that has been manufacturing GM Goodwrench oil

For tax year 2005, 134,372,678 individual tax returns were filed. Of those filed, 99,880,223 actually had a tax liability and actually paid taxes. just one corporation (Exxon Mobil) in 2004, pays as much in taxes ($27 billion) annually as the entire bottom 50% of individual taxpayers paid in 2004 (most recent year available), which is 65,000,000 people! this is for 2004 without the withdrawl of tax payers who did not pay taxes
