The "hai muoi dong" is the Vietnamese term for 20 dong, the currency of Vietnam. As of my last update, the value of 20 dong is extremely low, often worth less than a cent in U.S. dollars due to the high inflation and low exchange rate of the Vietnamese dong. As currency values fluctuate, it's best to check current exchange rates for the most accurate conversion.

Yes. The Vietnamese Dong has a relatively stable value for a developing country. It just happens that the individual unit of the Dong is one of least valuable units. (It is around 21,500 Vietnamese Dong to the US Dollar.) However, most things in Vietnam cost multiples of 20,000 Dong, which is roughly the same as how in the US most things are priced in whole dollars.
dong (đồng). there was hào (0.1đ) and xu (0.01đ) before but they are no longer used due to their insignificant value. (1USD = 21000đ as of April 2013 and the smallest valued banknote is 200đ)
A "hai tram dong" (or "hai trăm đồng") refers to a 200 Vietnamese dong banknote. It is one of the lower denomination notes in Vietnam's currency system. Due to its low value, it is commonly used for small transactions and everyday purchases. The note features various designs and images representative of Vietnamese culture and history.
It was worth nothing when MPC hit the marketplace; check with collectors for it's current status.
