Please post a new and rephrased question. The U.S. doesn't currently mint any coins worth 20 cents or 20 dollars, and there is no "r" mint mark.
First thing is, all US coins dated 2000 struck at the Denver Mint have E-PLURIBUS-UNUM on them. This Latin phrase is the National Motto and is on every coin, just look in your pocket. Second is, denominations are needed, post new question.

Eisenhower Dollars were minted from 1971 through 1978 at the Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco mints. The mint mark is located on the Obverse [heads] side of the coin at the base of Eisenhower's neck and above the date. A letter "D" indicates the coin was minted at the Denver mint. An "S" indicates the coin was minted at the San Francisco mint. If there is no letter, that indicates the coin was minted at Philadelphia. Please examine your coin to determine the date it was minted and the mint where it was struck. When you have this information, post a new question concerning it and an estimated value can be given.

The only coin produced by the US Mint in 1922 was the Lincoln Cent minted in Denver.
According to USA Coin Book, Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco Mint each came out with their own Mint Sets. As of 2010, each set is worth about $5.50.

The 1946 Jefferson Nickel was minted in Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco. According to USA Coin Book, these are the vales:Philadelphia (no mint mark): In MS60 mint condition, this coin is worth about $0.70, while a coin in MS65 Brilliant uncirculated mint condition is worth about $5.50.Denver (small "D" mint mark): In MS60 mint condition, this coin is worth about $0.95, while a coin in MS65 Brilliant uncirculated mint condition is worth about $5.50.San Francisco (small "S" mint mark): In MS60 mint condition, this coin is worth about $0.95, while a coin in MS65 Brilliant uncirculated mint condition is worth about $3.25.A Mint State 1946 Jefferson Nickel (note spelling) in MS-60 is 40 cents, in MS-63 it's $2.75. If you found it in change, it's likely not uncirculated.
That's not a D mint mark, because the Denver mint didn't begin production until 1906.
Circulated 1960 small dates from the Denver mint are worth about $0.25.
Issued by the Philadelphia Mint, $1450. Issued by the Denver Mint, $5900. Exceptional coins have a slightly higher value.
Check that date one more time. The Denver Mint didn't exist yet in 1861.
OMG: The Denver Mint wasn't even thought of in 1787, the date 1999 is clearly struck on the same side of the coin and it's just one of the first 3 State Quarters that's only worth 25 cents.

Ten cents It's a common circulation coin. 568,760,000 were minted at Philadelphia (no mint mark) and 695,222,774 were minted at Denver (D mint mark)
It could not have been minted at the Denver mint. The Denver mint did not start striking coins until 1906.
Mint mark, not mint. The Denver mint is the facility in Denver where coins are struck. In any case you'll need to post a new question with the coin's date. Cents have been made in Denver for 100 years.
