Silly question.... You can do anything in heaven. If you want, then you can create a need for Economics yourself in heaven, or not create it.

Economics deals with the allocation of scarce resources to satisfy the wants and needs of people. The Bible, I believe, says that, in Heaven, we will no longer have those wants and needs. We will have no physical bodies, and thus no need of food, clothing, and shelter, the basic needs of people here on Earth. Our time will be fully devoted to worshiping and glorifying God, so we don't need TVs, Video Games, and other forms of entertainment to occupy our time. We may even be able to think about or speak of where we want to go, so we have no need of cars, gasoline, bicycles, trains, etc. Basically, there is nothing that we will want or need. But, even if there was, those things will be given to us by the Lord because He loves us. So there is no such thing as scarcity in Heaven. So, no, there is no need for economics in Heaven.
