labor and specialization are both means of a method to produce something. So how well those are being done, will see how productive it will be
Specialization allows workers to develop more skill in their specific tasks and are therefore more likely to innovate, to create tools or machinery to make their tasks even more efficient.
When a country is good at making their product they specialize in it, and improve the product to make more money. If another country doesn't have that but specializes in something the other one needs, then they will trade. This is why specialization encourages trade.

In a pin factory one worker measures the wire, another cuts it, one points it, and others make the head and so on. In this manner the workers produce thousands more pins than they would if each worker made a whole pin by themselves.

Specialization contributes to increased opportunities for trade. Specialization will make the two countries mutually dependent upon each other, for goods they don't produce themselves.

Specialization typically leads to more specific job roles, which can increase employment opportunities in those specialized fields. However, it can also make workers more vulnerable to shifts in market demand for those specialized skills. Overall, specialization can shape employment patterns by clustering jobs in certain industries or sectors.
The specialization of the work force came about largely as a result of things becoming more and more complicated to make. Another factor was the manufacturing process itself, where each person on the line was responsible for one thing and one thing only.

If you extract the files (or copy them out of MagicIso, PowerIso etc and just paste them into a folder somewhere) you should be able to make a new iso with either program and set your region there. Some programs have a Make Region Free option that may or may not bypass the region check. Hope this helps!
