I don’t know about ‘pure Marxists’, but Marxists believe that capitalism inevitably involves exploitation, inequality and widespread poverty.
Marx believed that the oppressor and oppressed have "stood in constant opposition to one another".
Early Marxists, always viewed the world as single society. Even those may still actually exist believe that all local, regional or national differences are negligible compared with the leveling and equalizing effects of capitalism. Nationhood, therefore is doomed to be abolished. This "world view" has been absorbed by non-Marxists. In the view of many analysts the European Union takes on this view. The Brexit movement in the UK has been a set back for this form f thinking.

Marxism is based on the fact that they believe capitalism abuses the workers in a nation. They believe that class struggle is inevitable and will cause workers to rebel against their capitalist oppressors. Marxists believe that communism is scientifically the end result of a communist regime.
Many pure Marxists are not happy with the overall acceptance of Leninism and its acceptance within the dogma of Marxism-Leninism. The primary criticism by pure Marxists on Leninism is that Lenin was so flexible that it allows his followers to justify almost any policy by sifting through Lenin's various policies and finding one that suits a policy supported by Marxism-Leninism.

Pretty much everyone has better healthcare and welfare under pure communism than under pure capitalism, with the exception of those who are in the top 10% by wealth, because those people can afford their own healthcare out-of-pocket.
