globalization has many aspects, capitalisation being one, time and space being another, communication, travel, consumerism. Globalization is a centuries long process, tracking the expansion of human population and the growth of civilization, that has accelerated dramatically in the past 50 years. Globalization is an umbrella term and is perhaps best understood as a unitary process inclusive of many sub-processes (such as enhanced economic interdependence, increased cultural influence, rapid advances of communication, computers, mobiles, video messaging etc. novel governance and geopolitical challenges) that are increasingly binding people more tightly into one global system. the bio-sphere. humans have always integrated through migration for trade its deep rooted in our history, its just that the 21st century advanced rapidly with communication and travel making globalisation as we know it is more like "big brother".
