The U.S. didn't print any $10 bills dated 1964.

Regardless of the date, U.S. currency didn't have security strips until the 1990's so anything earlier than that wouldn't be special if it's been in circulation.

If it is crisp and like new it would be valuable. Otherwise, you might get $12 or $15 if you're lucky. Most collectors want perfect currency which is nearly impossible to find.
