At present no one knows. There has never been anything even remotely resembling a capitalist system in the world. In a truly capitalist economic system there would be no nationalistic compulsions whatsoever. There would be no reason to do anything for anyone without expecting payment. That does not mean that we throw charity out of the door. However with the type of industry we have today it would not take long for all of the wealth to be concentrated in a very small group of very powerful people. There would only be monopolies in the end because there is no good reason to not have monopoly private security armies would defend the interests of those wealthy enough to afford them and the rest would simply have to cop it sweet.
