Trading ventures in different countries during the rise of modern capitalism faced challenges due to a lack of infrastructure, limited communication, and varying legal systems. Differences in currency and trade regulations often complicated transactions, while political instability and conflicts could disrupt supply lines. Additionally, cultural misunderstandings and language barriers posed significant obstacles. These factors collectively hindered the ability to establish stable and profitable trade relationships across borders.
Answer 1:CapitalismAnswer 2:I disagree with the first answer. We are generally regarded to be a "mixed economy", that is to say, a blend of freedom and controls. The "freedom" part is Capitalism and the "controls" part is Socialism or Fascism. (Most of what people call "Capitalism" is really "Fascism")By any standard, it would be difficult to see any "freedom" or Capitalism in a nation in which no one actually knows how many pages of regulations apply to all facets of all businesses.Really. There is no one who knows how many pages of regulations exist, let alone how many regulations are on each of those innumerable pages. Not when you count all the Congressional laws, all the Executive orders, all the Supreme Court case laws, all the laws by international treaty and all the regulations of all the bureaucratic agencies like OSHA, SEC, FTC, EPA, FDA, DOT and such.Bear in mind the Founder's reference to regulating interstate commerce has been so broadly expanded as to apply to pretty much anything. Even eating home made bread made from wheat you grow on your own land can be regulated and fined - as if you didn't do that, you might buy it from another state, therefore you are affecting interstate commerce. See Wickard vs. Filburn, 1942 if you believe I exaggerate. And don't forget all the state and local laws from building and zoning codes to environmental impact rules to EEO standards. And if you do business in all states, you must follow fifty different versions and variations. All businesses are required to comply with all those regulations, though. After all, ignorance of the law is no excuse. And whether all that is good or bad, it sure isn't Capitalism or Freedom.

It has allowed State run enterprises to have more autonomy. Probably the most outstanding development in Communist China, has been the establishment of a stock exchange in Shanghai.

The Nazi's didn't really associate them with communism and capitilism. It was my understanding that the Germans didn't like the Jewish people because when the world including Germany suffered from the great depression, the Jewish people were able to stay well- off because they owned their own little stores. So the Germans were angry with them and thought that they were the reason every thing was bad with their economy. On the night of broken glass the Germans went to Jewish shops and destroyed them.
