I lost about 60 lbs in two and half months. Hope this helps. A fast diet is the Atkins, i hear you can loose a stone (14lbs) in as little as 2 weeks. But saying that, if you loose too much weight too soon your skin wont have a chance to shrink back and you will end up with loose skin! which in my opinion is worser than looking fat. I have lost 42lbs in 9 months and my skin has gone back a treat! but if i would have done it in 9 weeks it probley would not have. Use firming creams with q10 palmers sheer butter is a good one, this will help your skin's elastisity to go back. good luck

Could be head gasketWatch oil and coolant levelsUpdated 2008 July 12 By leapyeanIf the smoke coming from under your hood smells of carbon, charcoal or burnt toast(yes it is an accurate discripive) you have an oil leak and the setps outlined below will not solve your problem. If it is an oil related leak/burn the cloud will probably not be white in colour but more a light to dark grey or blue, and will most likely come from the underside of the car instead of the top.Should it smell of camalized sugar, or like a cotton candy machine, it is definatly a coolant leak since Ethylene Glycol(aka engine coolant) is a chemicaly a sugar(part of the reason dogs like to drink it). When you pop the hood If there is a ticking noise comming from the serpentine belt(under the alternator) and you notice a visible leak on the ground you should kill the engine and call a mechaninc, your water pump is about to go or has just broke, should it go there is a good chance that it will spash onto your belt and cause it to break down very quickly, and you do not want to be looking under the hood when the serpentine belt starts breaking up. If there is a pool of dirty green liquide on top of your engine block, and the smoke seems to be coming from there you have a spilt return line, which is an easy fix(outlined below). Most any other problem you will want to contact a Mechaninc unless you own your own shop.I have a 92 Grand Am 3300 SE that had the same problem. It turned out to be a crease fold in the radiator return line from my engine to the radiator. This 5 mm(1/8thInch) long split was spilling a slow trickle of coolent onto my engine block, as the engine got hot enough(~91oC, the normal operating temp for the 1992 3.3L V6 Grand Am) it would start to vaporize the coolent on the engine and made a cloud of white, sweet smelling, smoke. The coolent level had not dropped enough to trigger the 'check coolant' light so I had to look over the whole system to find little split.Note: only the rad return goes over the engine and you should see pool of coolant on the block and the smoke should smell sweet if you are having the same problem.Fix: Go to your local auto parts store and get a Return line, 2 gear clamps, a jug of coolant and paper towel(should not run you much more than $35.00). If you don't already have one get a bucket. Collect your tools(plyers, screwdriver for the gear clamps, funnel if desired). Give yourself an hour from the time you pop the hood until you are finished.Note: You will want to whipe down any spilled coolant right away, coolant will break down the elastisity of your rubber and plastic parts(such as the serpentine/timing belt and non-collant running lines).First let the car sit for a few hours and cool, you will most likely be spilling coolant on your hands and/or touching the engine block, you want those to be cold! Be sure to have everything you will be needing at hand.Next put the bucket under the front of your car below the lowest point of the return line(at rad) and undo the slide clamps(use your plyers to lossen them) holding the line to the engine. With a single pull you should be able to release the line(have paper towel in your off hand under the end of the hose, there will be a little spilling), lift it up as not to dump coolant on the block, hold it there till the coolant stops setteling.Next undo the clamp holding the line to the rad, you will want the bucket since the coolant in the hose will be free to run out once you release it.(this is the top of the rad so you will not be losing all the coolant in the system.Note: This coolant should not be reused unless you are sure the bucket was clean(new bucket) and you have a filtering funnel(specificaly made for coolant filtering).Now that you have removed the bad hose, put the gear clamps on the new line(one at each end) and faceing the way to make them easiest to tighten once the line will be in place. Put the rad end(there is not specific end, ie it is not important which end you put there, but the end you put your gear clamps on for it) of the line onto the radiator, ajust it to line up with the engine then clamp it on at the rad end. Make sure the clamp is tight, but do not over stress the rubber, that is what happened to split the line is the first place.Now that you have the line attached and secured to the rad you will want to add some coolant to the line, take the jug and slowly pour the coolant directly into the free end of the hose(a funnel might help, but is not needed), this is easier if you ave a second person to hold the line for you. This is not of dire importance, but it will help your engines coolant system get the air out, since there is less of it to remove and shorten your cold running time.Next you are going to connect the line back to the engine, making sure not to spill. Tighten the gear clamp(you should have it already on the hose or you are going to have to remove the hose for the engine to get the clamp on. Tighten it down but again not to the point you are over stressing the rubber. The last thing to do is to top off your coolant resivour. You will want to fill it past the 'cool full' line since you will have to replace the air in the line.After you have cleaned up(remember that coolant, is VERYdistructive to rubber and plastic, be sure you clean up the pool of coolant on your engine and any spills.) and double checked your work(test the gear clamps with a screw driver) you will need to let your car work the air out of the line.To do this leave your hood open, and start your car. Turn heat all the way up and set the fans to max, this way you are taking some of the heat load off the coolant system. You are going to want to have it run for 15-20 minutes. Don't be alarmed if the temp rises over the 91oC optimal operating temp(the little line that your temp gauge will hover around) by a bit. However if it gets into the red shut it down quickand let is set to cool off befroe starting it up again. Don't leave your car unattended and keep an eye on the line to make sure it will not leak. You can tighten the clamps once the rubber is hot to get a better hold on the hose, just be sure you are not lossening them instead. After you have run it for a while you should check the temp gauge and make sure that you are back down to normal temperature. Once this happens you are good to go.There might be a little more smoke as the last of the Coolant on your engine that you were not able to mop up is burnt off, but that is normal. Over the course of the next week you will want to keep an eye on your coolant levels, so keep the rest of the coolant in your car topping it off ocationally. You should also keep your eye on your engine temp gauge and watch it religiously.Hopefully this helpsLeapyean
