  • explosive
  • flammable
  • spontaneously combustible (burst into flames without being lit
  • water reactive (produce flammable or toxic gases if mixed with water)
  • oxidising (help a fire to burn more fiercely)
  • toxic (poisonous), and
  • corrosive.

Hazardous substances are more along the lines of chemicals, drugs etc.
