Specialization is when a particular process b is divided in to large number of smaller tasks performed repetitively by individuals assigned complete a limited number of those tasks, rather than having each person complete the entire process.

specialization means different cells in the body adopt certain characteristics which make the cells capable of performing the required functions therefore the cells are said to have specialized in a particular work for example the red blood cells have a special biconcave structure and have no nucleus. These characteristics help them in transporting oxygen to the body cells. In this way the work is divided among the cells and certain cells carry certain tasks according to their characteristics. This is called the division of labour.
