What is the consistent theory of price?

Consistent theory of price. The consistent theory of price is pretty simple. It says that the actual market price of a good is determined by bargain between the buyer and the seller. The price may be settled anywhere between the floor and the ceiling of the core.Consistent theory of price distinguishes four successive phases of price. First, it stats with the shadow price of an individual who can produce two alternative goods under subsistence. The marginal rate of substitution between the two goods, both in terms of production and in terms of consumption provides the shadow price. Secondly, the objective or barter price is settled by bargain between the buyer and the seller. Thirdly, a competitive price occurs when there are many buyers and many sellers, effectively narrowing the price core. Finally, a consistent long term price emerges after all adjustments in related complements and substitutes have occurs so that the price become stable around an equilibrium with no tendency to depart from it, but with all tendency to return to it after any change in demands or supplies.Sajib Saha.

The consumer price index is a measure of?

Compiled by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the CPI measures the rate of inflation from month to month. It reports the price of a "market basket," a collection of around 300 goods that a typical consumer buys regularly. It then measures the increase or decrease of that price from the price in a given year. If the CPI for 2010 were 180, then prices have risen about 80% from the base year. Core CPI does not take into account oil and food prices, which are more volatile. As a result, many economists prefer to use Core CPI when measuring long-term inflation.

What are the differences between CPI and core CPI?

CPI is the consumer price index. It is a measure of inflation created using various statistics and indicies compiled by the Bureau of Labor Statistics Core CPI is the same number that excludes food and energy

What is the difference between step index and graded index optical fiber?

1. Step index fiber is of two types viz; mono mode fiber and multi mode fiber. Graded index fiber is of only of one type that is multi mode fiber. 2. The refractive index of the core of the step index fiber is constant through out the core. The refractive index of the core of the graded index fiber is maximum at the center of the core and then it decreases towards core-cladding interface. 3. Number of modes for step index fiber N = V2/2, where V is cut off frequency or normalized frequency or V- number Number of modes for graded index fiber is N = V2/ 4. 4. V number can be less that 2.405 or more that 2.405 for step index fiber V number is always more than 2.405 for graded index fiber. 5. Step Index Fiber is a fiber in which the core is of a uniform refractive index and there is a sharp decrease in the index of refraction at the cladding. Graded Index Fiber is a type of fiber where the refractive index of the core is lower toward the outside of the fiber. It bends the rays inward and also allows them to travel faster in the lower index of refraction region. This type of fiber provides high bandwidth capabilities.

What is the price for Dell laptop in India?

core i3 32000Rs and last core i7 price is 67000Rs

Why core refractive index should be greater than cladding?

yah! i think.....

Why refractive index of core is lower than cladding in optlical fiber?

because in the fiber optics the transmission of the light waves are through core and cladding is to cover the core

What is core price What is Sell price what is list price?

The core price is a form of deposit that the customer pays until the old parts are returned, while sell price is the price offered for sale. Lastly, the list price which is simply the starting price or suggested retail price.

What is inflation and how is it measured?

Inflation means an overall increase in the prices of goods and services. It is a decrease in the value of a currency. There are three types of measurement, Core Inflation, CPI, and WPI. Core Inflation is a measurement of non-volatile goods such as food and non-precious metals. It leaves out goods like oil because oil's price is subject to wild fluctuations. CPI is the most common measurement, using a market basket of goods and measuring their price from a point in the past (a CPI of 100 is arbitrarily the same price level for 1982-1984). Thus, the euqation is (Price of most recent market basket/price of same market basket in 1982-1984) X 100. The 100 is to give us the number we normally see. WPI is Wholesale Price Index. It is a measure of wholesaler's prices and is generally considered a pre-cursor to what CPI will be (as it takes time for goods to read the consumer). The percentage rise in price level- Apex
