Specialization and labor are related in a number of ways. Specialization is the ability for an invididual to do a certain task. For example, a doctor specializes in medical practices. This is related to labor because in society, people specialize in differnent fields of work and then they conduct their labor.
Regional Specialization is a type of cheese that never expires. It could be deadly and found in your region.

By using interventions such as medications or procedures to initiate or sustain labor, healthcare providers exercise precise control over the childbirth process.

Labor Unions are organized to help labor. There are two types of labor unions, Craft Unions for workers in a certain skill or trade, like masons or carpenters; and Industrial Unions that are made up of all the workers in a particular industry. The Auto Workers Union is an example of an Industrial Union and the AMA is an example of a Craft Union.
There are many different types of conflict such as internal or external. Another example would be perceived conflict which is simply the awareness of a conflict situation.
There are two requirements for a good arbitrator: a good understanding of the situation that requires arbitration, and a lack of bias. In our society, arbitration often is about a legal issue. In keeping with that, I'll give an example. A dispute is generated over a union member's compliance with a labor contract. An unbiased attorney who specializes in labor law might be a good "type" of person to arbitrate that dispute.
