There are many different reasons why people move to Great Britain but it is mainly because they are: § Looking for a better life in general. § Looking for somewhere safe to live; away from war. § Looking for a better education. § Looking for better healthcare. § Looking for work. And Great Britain offers a chance at all of these things.
Many people were injured from working so long and hard. That many people who were unable to work after their injury were fired. Because of this unfairness many people revolted and attacked the factories. Also another consequences was that many children of the age of 8 were put to work for 14 hours a day 6 days a week, which means that they were unable to get the education they needed and deserved.
