If you say went into a shop bought an item then found out it there was something wrong with it, then you would file a complaint without delay, this being one example. As your question is listed in the economics category then another example would be; If your bank manager gave you an overdraft of £300 and you went in to use the facility and only were allowed to use £250 then you would complain as this was not the amount that your bank manager had agreed and was less.
