Barter - Evergreen Mills - Market Bazaar
No. A barter economy is less efficient than the current system. A barter system relies on individuals having a double coincidence of wants where each person wants the exact opposite thing that someone else is willing to sell at that particular time. So, people who needed certain things that weren't on the market were out of luck. Also, the barter economy has a flaw in the indivisibility of products. This means certain large expensive items such as tractors were not able to be divided equally to make necessary exchanges for smaller ticket items. The present money economy makes trade more efficient.

The bobbleheads in fallout 3 are split into 2 catagories, S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and your stats. The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bobbleheads are: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligance, Agility and Luck. The stat bobbleheads are: barter, big guns, energy weapons, explosives, lockpick, medicine, melee weapons, repair, science, small guns, sneak, speech and unarmed. below is a site on where to find all the bobbleheads with video walkthroughs http://www.gamesradar.com/f/fallout-3-bobblehead-guide/a-200811079495387046 hope that helps :)
it is not proven either way, but believed to be bad luck. It depends on whether you called heads or tails before the coin toss!
Luck of the flip, but they do not always land heads up.
Good luck if its heads, bad luck if its tails.
Yes it does. Finesse increases you chance to deal a Crit. by 5% no matter what your luck is.
If you find a heads up penny that's supposed to be good luck
It is a secret encounter, meaning it appears randomly depending on your luck and Outdoorsman skill.
I forgot what the Finesse perk does other than increase your luck. To answer tour question, no it would not make you luck higher if it's already at 10
Yes they do. Only if it's on the heads side.
a coin that you found heads up on the ground
