Many Republicans and US taxpayers wrongly think Social Security Retirement and Social Security Disability are "entitlement" programs---- they are not.
Most Republicans believe the "entitlement" programs cost the government too much money. However, most federal dollars are matching dollars or in support of State programs, such as Medicaid and SNAP. Without the Federal dollars, States would not be able to help poor, ill, disabled, and elderly. *NOTE: Most of these groups had worked before needing help, or now still work part-time as they are able and allowed under program rules. NOTE2: The amount of the typical Soc. Sec. check is not enough to live on; there are no extra dollars for anything. NOTE3: Most people pay high prices for Part D medications or part D premiums.
They cost the government too much money.
they are not the responsibility of the government.
When the government inplement programs such as progressive income tax rates what ocurr.
what kind of policies can be implemented
Just to make sure take it to a dealer or collector for and opinion, but it's likely from a filled die that caused the mintmark not to strike up. This is a common error that does not have any extra value unless someone wants it.
It relates to the notion that government aid programs (like those that provide free food) are paid for by taxpayers.
The government prominently collects money in form of taxes and it spends money in many ways such as defense, government jobs, aid programs such as EBT, and etc. Therefore when the government runs a budget deficit they are spending more than they collect, more than likely effecting the national savings.
They are not a responsibility of government.

I would say so; but a lot of it is just opinion. A republican would likely say that President Obama was worse. A democrat in contrast would likely say President Bush was worse.
