Ah, an entrepreneur. A very fine person indeed. This is a hardworking individual who goes out of his way to create his own business that answers a cry, spoken or not,in his or her community. This person risks time, effort, and money in order to start his or her own business. In the U.S.A, in order to start a business, you must file complete documentation and wait for it to go through, which may take several days. However, in places like Cuba, which has a mainly communist form of government, it may take months for the paperwork to be filed correctly! So, as you can see , it takes a long time for all of the businesses in the world to be started.
