Not all black people are poor. For example, there are highly successful musicians, scientists, and even Basketball players.
There are poor people of all colors, even right here in the US. It is not always an education issue, but that is a factor.

∙ 11y agoNot just black people are poor, and not just poor people are black. Poverty runs in all ethnicity and races but it really does depend on where you live.
If you live in an all-white town, then there will be many poor whites. But if you live in a mixed area, or a ghetto, the skin color of the poor will be much more diverse.
