some countries have too many people and little smarts or just smart but smartness that's not needed or can be used in there country.
Check the inflation rate, and the real GDP. If inflation also is very high, nominal GDP could increase despite there not being any increase in output.
hy do economists use resl GDP rather than nominal GDP to gauge economic well-being?
Real GDP calculations have been adjusted to factor in inflation. Nominal GDP calculations are not adjusted. It is harder to make valid comparisons across time if you don't adjust for price level differences.
Why are factories being built in latin America by foreign countries.
Being landlocked is no hinderence to being a developed country. You could claim it is an advantage. A land-locked country is surrounded on all 4 sides with other countries with which it can trade. A coastal countries only has trade partners on some sides. A coastal country needs ships and ports to trade. In former times, before railways, sea and river trade was faster and cheaper than overland. This is no longer the case.
In this context it means or implies "very little." "Nominal" means "in name only"--that is, technically there's a charge, but it doesn't really amount to anything. It's minimal. It's a token amount. Be a bit cautious, though. Your idea of "minimal" or "very little" might not be the same as that of whoever is doing the charging. In that context, nominal means small, as in low cost.
Only one, China. It used to be two, with Tibet being the other country.

Queen Elizabeth II appears on all British coins from 1953 to present day. Traditionally, British coins do not have the country name marked on them. Also, being the nominal or titular head of state of many of the 50 plus British Empire/Commonwealth countries, she would appear on the coins of many of those countries as well. Most, if not all of these countries should show the country name on the coin.

Mainstream/Secular definition: A nominal Christian is one who says he/she is a Christian but hardly ever goes to church. Or, someone who selects "Christianity" as their religion for any official purpose (e.g. national census), but consider him/herself to be a non-practising Christian.Christian definition: A nominal Christian is one who says he/she is a Christian, but does not possess a trusting, faithful, dependent relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ; relationship made possible by Christ's propitiation on the cross and the gift of the Holy Spirit to those predestined by God the Father. The church attendance of a nominal Christian is not relevant to whether they are nominal or not; a nominal Christian can attend church weekly or rarely. A nominal Christian may undertake religious activities (especially at Christmas/Easter), and proclaim fellowship with followers of Jesus (for example, through being a "member" of a church), but in their heart they will possess apathy or even unbelief toward the sovereignty of Jesus Christ.Alternative definition: http://www.comprehensivechristian.com/The-Nominal-Christian-comprehensivechristian.com.asp
