Answer
The world bank is not an evil institution. The bank helped many war torn (WW2) European and Asian countries needing financing to fund reconstruction efforts and the Bank was successful in providing financing for these devastated countries. Today, the Bank functions as an international organization that attempts to fight poverty by offering developmental assistance to middle and poor-income countries. By giving loans, and offering advice and training in both the private and public sectors, the World Bank aims to eliminate poverty by helping people help themselves.
These functions aren't exactly "evil". Before you go calling things "evil" you better learn and understand them (without nodding your head in agreement to what every other person says).

However, Everybody needs to keep in mind, that these 'loans' that The World Bank is providing for these poverty striken countries are simply un-repayable. The amount of money needed to be payed off, added with the interest from such loans, makes it literally impossible for these undevelopped countries to pay off their debts. Ultimately creating more poverty in the long run. We are man, human, mammels. We should not depend on money for life, however we are simply controlled by the tool, and by The World Bank. I believe that The New World Order is ridiculus. We were not meant to be controlled by a material object such as money, and yet here we are. I think that more people around the world need to eduacte themselves, be their own person, opposed to following the 'order' of the world, created by governments that are controlled by The World Bank. We are the sheep, and they are our shepard, guiding us in which ever direction they choose.

The Bank campaigns free-market orthodoxy. Structural Adjustment Program (SAP) is one of their tool attached to the loan has had caused economic, social, and environmental disasters in numerous developing countries. The Bank collaborated with dictators and despotic governments. It is in their disrespect of diversity, democracy and human rights makes the World Bank "evil".
