Check the control arm bushings and any other bushings that may be worn.

Front Rotors can be warped, or bad struts. Had a 90 Camry that steered like a boat on the highway, until the struts were changed.
The rear are shocks the front has struts. Rears shocks are a snap to change. Front struts should only be changed if you have the proper tools and knowledge as it can be dangerous.

If you changed them yourself it is recommended that you get an alignment done or do the alignment yourself. If a shop or mechanic did the work they should have done the alignment themselves.
