it could be possible, that you are preganat take another test to be sure if both are negative then your just having irregular periods , i have had the same problem before , the fact is periods are often irregular due to things like stress, and not eating properly but they sort themselves out eventually usually in ur early 20's .
also if you are on the pill or have taken the morning after pill you can skip periods and often still have cramping.
