Most of the time, no.
No. Very, very few rock musicians consider themselves Satanists, or have any interest in Satanism at all, and Def Leppard is not one of them.
No. There are very, very few rock bands that claim to be Satanists, and Black Sabbath is not one of them. Pretty much the only rock musicians who actually consider themselves Satanists belong to an obscure sub-genre of heavy metal known as Satanic metal. Practically any famous rock band you can think of does NOT worship the devil or have anything to do with Satanism. The idea that lots of rock bands are Satanists or devil worshippers is a total myth, created by ignorant people who don't know anything about rock music at all. Even Satanists do not worship the Devil. They do not worship any deity. They do not believe that God or Satan actually exist. And they do not sacrifice animals or children, either. Children and animals are considered the purest form of life, and thus are held sacred. I suggest you do some reading on both rock music and Satanism, and learn what these things are actually about, instead of listening to rumors spread by ignorant people.
No members of System of a Down, commonly misspelled as System of a Dawn, have spoken on their religious beliefs. They do not talk about what they feel, though it is speculated they are atheists, not Satanists.
Satanists (the LaVey kind) do not pray, they perform rituals which is entirely different. They will perform these rituals wherever they feel they should. Also on any day they wish. Although Walpurgischnat (end of April/beginning of May), Halloween, and the practioner's birthday are favourites. By the way, you'll find that fellow Satanists are often few and far between.
I seriously doubt it, although I could not find any websites or articles that specifically say, "Incubus does not worship the devil." Satanists dont target women (or men, kids or animals) for abuse. If they did, I doubt they would use magic anyway. There are very few people (especially Satanists) who will claim to be so effective at spells/rituals that they can throw around curses every other day. There is an excellent video of Derren Brown using (what Satanists would call lesser magic) on youtube, that demonstrates perfectly how magic works. This would be a Satanists most likely option for any magic that they needed.
No, absolutely not. There are few rock bands that claim to be Satanists, and Rush is not one of them. As the woman who discovered them, I have known them for years and while they are skeptical about organized religion, they are very ethical and compassionate people with no allegiance to satan. Sadly, an internet rumor, originally started by a Christian evangelist in the 1980s and later spread online, tried to claim the band-members worshiped the devil; but this is total nonsense, started by someone who believed rock music was diabolical, and wanted to smear the people who perform it. Any serious difference exist; also refined sea salt and rock salt are the same chemical compound - sodium chloride, NaCl.
There were groups of musicians that performed together. There weren't any jazz or rock bands and travel was difficult so touring bands were scarce or nonexistent.
Greed and lust for money is the root cause of all evil. Also, because they are mad at GOD, because of unanswered prayers.AnswerDepends on the type of Satanist."Traditonal" Satanists become satanists because they reject God and hope that rooting for the other guy might help them out.. could be greed, could be fear, could be boredom...LaVeyan Satanism is more of a "mystical philosophy", in that there are magical rituals, but they do not believe in (or worship) a literal devil, using a Miltonian style Satan as a sort of mascot.
you can not be in a group , there is not any groups.
Satan, by definition, is the physical embodiment of all that is evil (evil for these purposes being immoral or contrary to the traits we value as humans, ie humility and charity run contrary to pride and greed etc.) for this reason it is natural to '' satanists the perceived supporters of such a source. In contemporary society, I assume that people 'hate' satanists for the same reason they would hate drug dealers or any other kind of person who engages in activity that society at large views as 'immoral'. Immoral behaviour, or behaviour that an individual views as immoral is seen as a threat to self and society. For that reason, since most people do not value Satan as moral then it would be natural for them to ostracize or 'hate' satanists. Also, Satanists tend to be scapegoats for immoral behaviour (murderings, the loud music the kids are into, etc) and this reinforced the 'hatred' of them.
