Yes, a convicted felon can go to almost school. The exceptions are, convictions involvng sexual assualts, pedophile, acts of violence or any charges that would require you to register as a sex offender. Now the real issue is wheather you can use the degree after you obtain it. If it is a professional degree, you may have problems becoming licensed by the state. Or just as bad,... not being able to find employment in your chosen field because of the NCIC records.
