Store Manager: 23 /hr Assistant Manager 17 /hr Manager of any kind 16/hr CopyMax 11 /hr Floor sales 8/hr Cashier 7/hr Raises not included, these are base-rates.

Each store is given a payband for store associates. Where I worked, we were a high-volume store. As such, our band went from $7.25-$10.50, depending on experience. If this is your first job, expect to get $7.25.

They really hit the payband hard, I was a manager for years, left, and came back to a smaller store. The top of that smaller store was $9.50 so that's what I got to come back.

It all depends on their volume and profitability.

Getting to a "specialist" level opens it up. In the same store, a specialist payband was $9-$17, Supervisor puts you at $11-$22, assistant manager $30K/year-$45K/year, store managers $40K/year - $75K/year

The bands do top out. In example, we had an employee with 8 years service, excellent reviews every year. She was making $11 something when the $10.50 top end payband went in place. She didn't get a raise because of that. Kinda sucked.

It depends on the job. I work at an OD retail store in the Northeast where cashiers earn $7-8 an hour and managers earn approx $30K a year. In my experience, lower than average retail pay.
