You can get your GED if you're 17 in Tennessee. I'm going in the day before my 17th birthday to take my GED test. Talk to your school principal or persona of guidance to double check. They may be able to help you. Or if your school has a police officer on grounds during school, he/she will tell you the law of getting your GED. I've talked to all of mine and they all say the same thing. You have to be 17, you have to have a job, and if you don't pass you can be in GED classes for at least four years.
No.
The age of majority in FL is 18. A 17-year-old, whether they have a GED or not, is a minor. You can leave home if your parents agree to allow it or if you've been emancipated.
Go to the community college closest to you and enroll your son in their GED program.

If you can test for and get your GED, you could. As a 9th grader without a GED or Diploma, no. NO branch of the military will accept anyone who doesn't have at the minimum a GED.
In Tennessee, the compulsory attendance ages are: 6 to 17 inclusive....that means when you are 6 years old, you must attend school (you can start earlier) and you must continue to attend until you reach 18, or graduate with a diploma, or enroll in a GED program or attain a GED, or enroll as a homeschooled student. Parents may apply for up to a one-year deferment for their 6-year-old if they feel he/she is not yet ready for school.

In TN, a 17-year-old needs parental consent in order to marry.
No, you must be at least 17 to take the Colorado GED exam.
