To go to law school in the U.S., all you need is a bachelor's degree (I imagine you also need one for most MBA programs, as well), but getting any number of other, more advanced, degrees will not preclude you from going to law school.
When I was in law school, I knew quite a few people who had MBA's, master's degrees, and Ph.Ds.
In fact, having an MBA would likely prove to be quite helpful when looking for employment after law school, especially if you want to practice business law, and some law schools even offer joint JD (Juris Doctor - the degree obtained after you graduate law school) and MBA programs, where you can earn both degrees simultaneously.
Basically, it just comes down to how many years you're willing to spend in school, and how much student loan debt you're willing to take on.

Depends on what you want to do and how long you want to go to shool.
Some, but not most. Many law schools offer dual degree programs where you get your law degree (JD) and another degree simultaneously (i.e. JD-MBA, JD-MPH, etc.). Many law schools will place a lower emphasis on grad school grades and some will not even consider graduate school grades in admissions so it doesn't necessarily benefit a law school application to have grad school.
