At 18 you are too old for high school, but you can go to adult school or community college.

Yes, she's 18 and emancipated.
Not until you are 18.
No, as long as you are in high school, you are legally still a child. they can't kick you out but hates you like hell for not finishing high school before you turn 18
Yes but you will have to be in special ed in order for you to go back to high school at 20. I believe there is another way you can go back to high school without having to be in special ed but I'm not sure what it is but you can call the high school you want to attend and ask them questions about wanting to go back to school and if there is anyway you can do that. They will give you options and tell you what you need to do in order for you to attend high school at your age, you might have to be under a program that is designed for students who want to return to finish high school after the age of 19 so I suggest making a call to your school to see how to go about going back to high school at 20 years old. Good Luck!!
Graduating from high school does not emancipate a minor. Your parents are still in charge until you turn 18.
If you are buying from a dealer, you need somebody 18+ to cosign for you.
Avril was 14 when she went to her high school, IM not sure which high school though.
no you can't i know because im home educated
If you are currently 32 years old, you would have graduated from high school around the age of 18. Typically, students graduate from high school at the age of 17 or 18, depending on their birthdate and the age they started school. Therefore, you would have graduated from high school around 14 years ago, so the year would have been approximately 2008 or 2009.
