Yes. You can do an Undergraduate Course in IIT after Class 12.
The Portions of IITJEE are generally based on CBSE Class 11 and Class 12 Syllabus but you must join some good coaching Institute like FIITJEE, Bansal Classes, Brilliant Tutorials, Aakash IITJEE etc.. to boost your chances of getting into IIT.Then after completing your class 12 you have to write the IITJEE Exam and clear it. Then you will be able to get admission in IIT.
As you are targeting IITs your score should be below 6000, for NIT then it should be below 20,000. If you get marks more then 130 then you can try in top private institutes like Lovely Professional University, PSG, SSN, BMS. well they both have different pattern of conducting exam aieee completely sticks on 12th and 11th standard course of cbse where as iit mostly based on mental capability of a candidateallthoug i will high rank or top rank to iit in difficult paper according to my personal experience
