If the second institution accepts all your previous courses and grade transfers, yes.
In order to qualify or enroll for LLB, one should have at least 14 years of education. To accomplish LLB one has to finish 3 years of education and 1 year of legal practice. Anyone with a BA, BSc., B.Com, BS degree can enroll himself/herself for LLB.

You don't need one in journalism to be a good writer. It about 8 to 10 years in college from the BA to a PhD. Four for the BA, 2 for the MA, and another 3-4 years for the PhD. I am not sure if a PhD is even offered in journalism.
Yes, a PhD is typically considered the highest academic degree that one can earn.
Woodrow Wilson was the only president with an earned PhD. Barack Obama and ,I think, Bill Clinton have a JD (doctor of jurisprudence). This degree is the modern first law degree and replaces the LLB (bachelor of legal letters) at many law schools.
llb books name
Noo... Bachelors for 4... then four more years for a masters. then another four more years for a PhD
To properly write a PhD title after your name, you should include "Dr." before your name and then add "PhD" after your name. For example, Dr. John Smith, PhD.
One should properly write "PhD" after their name with no spaces and in all capital letters.

You do not need a BA and a BS, just one or the other. That is 4 years, the JD is normally 3 and the LLB is typically about 2 years.
