No it would be extremely harmful to try. Please don't
yes, however it has to be a darker shade. Semi permanent dye will never lighten your hair so you can use it to go darker but not lighter.

Yes, but you can get a funky color if you do it wrong.
yes... it can be used to dye skin but it isn't permanent, it is only temporarily, but it works!
no you cant would have to be permanent high lift tint or bleach
yes, semi-permanent does not have harmful chemicals like permanent dye, I do it all the time.
Non-permanent dye typically lasts between 4 to 12 washes, depending on factors such as hair type, dye formulation, and how often you wash your hair. These dyes gradually fade with each wash and may last longer on color-treated or darker hair. To maximize the longevity of non-permanent dye, using sulfate-free shampoos and cold water can help preserve the color.
Yes
Depending on what type of hair dye and what chemicals are in it. I have been dying my hair since middle school and then i started using permenant dye after that. I stopped 6 months ago and it still hasn't washed out. So with that being said becareful with dark permanent colors.
yup
If you got burnt to the point that your skin became darker, the dark skin will slowly slough off to give way to development of new skin.
It depends if you got temporary or permanent hair dye.
