Almost every high school allows you to take the SAT. Your high school will most likely have a test on May 5th, with the last day to register April 6th.
The last year for OACs was 2003. It was the double-cohort year, in which the grade 9s of 1998 and 1999 both graduated high school.

Graduation ceremonies usually take place 3 or 4 days before the end of school and after you have completed all classes with passing grades you graduate. On the last day of school you have graduated.
