I know for a fact that catholic schools have higher expectations for their students and thus, do not take kindly to rule breaking. At my school if someone were to steal they would immediately receive a detention and a phone call home. Should that same person do it again they would receive two detentions and a phone call home and would also be disbanded from extra curricular activities. Should that same person be guilty of the crime three times it would be an instant suspension and disbandment from all extra curricular activities and field trips for the rest of the year. If for some reason the person does it again (heaven forbid) the school will have them reported to the police and the possibility of expulsion will be tagged to the persons name. In short, the policy on stealing in catholic schools is not a friendly one and has very little mercy on its students.
Only if the school you go to enforces a uniform policy. Usually only catholic and private schools support such a policy.
Catholic schools are schools that pay reference to God in school, whereas reference to God would be considered offensive to non catholic students in a public school. Catholic schools usually enforce a uniform policy and have higher standards than public schools.

Every school or diocese sets their own policy on age restrictions. You would have to talk to the local school office.

It depends on the school district policy. Most school districts will not allow this unless the profit goes toward the school. My advice is to check with an administrator and ask.
