It is most entirely possible that you may have been pregnant. The pregnancy test messure the amount of hormones in your urine. If you have inadequate levels of HGC to sustain a pregnancy the test may not have picked it up. I would recommend you follow up with your dr.just to be on the safe side. Most miscarraiges safely clear but some do not and require medical attention.

I was on clomid for 3 months then I experienced sever cramping but no bleeding/discharge. I went for a preg. test and it was negative. 5days later I went again and it was positive. Yes this was most likely a miscarriage. Especially if you experienced abdominal crmaping & vaginal bleeding.
