In this digital age, no school has enough ICT or IT equipment, or qualified and proficient staff. Often the school children have better personal equipment while sitting in the school dining room, eating their lunch, and texting at the same time, to their many nearby and remote friends on too many devices to list here.
It is possible for education to fall behind in the digital world, and maybe the teachers should learn from their pupils (sometimes!).
