abbey college in Manchester is one of them. It's private and only starts from year 10 onwards though. the fee is aparently quite high. not all schools are strict on the uniform policy though. the only enforced rules at collingwood, surrey are that you wear somthing of the school uniform, and the pe kit is too. but other than that you can wear practically anything, as long as its not too out of the boundrys, like a bright pink clown outfit. i don't see why anyone would wear that anyway. one of my freiend actually wore a pirate outfit to school on talk like a pirate day last year, and , because it was "justified" she got away with it.
