Yes. The Duggar family does homeschool their children. They depend on ATI materials for primary education and then expand from there to online learning, field trips and teachers for speciality subjects.

Some people have the misunderstanding that the Duggars do not believe in College. The family has addressed this allegation several times, clarifying that they believe that their children should be prepared for the world... and if that includes going to college, they would support that. But the family is not "into" sending kids away from home just for the sake of sending them away.
The older "kids" are moving on from High School to begin college following several different tracks. Jim Bob Duggar has mentioned using College Plus as an affordable option for completing college coursework (and one of the "middle sons" has a customer testimonial on the College Plus website.
Allegedly, one of the older girls does go to a university campus to complete some coursework requirements.
