Yes. It's easy! Each student gets a box number. The mailroom sends out a paper that gives you the college, quad/building the student is living in, the street, city, state and zip code. It's just like how you would address an envelope, but you'd add the Box number. Regular mail goes into the mailboxes and a package or larger envelopes have to be picked up in the mail room (that might just be my school...)

As long as you have an e-mail address, people can send you e-mail, it doesn't require a link. I am not sure what you mean by "anomius" e-mail - either this is a strange spelling for anonymous, or it is a reference to the feeling of anomie; in either case, people can still send you e-mail directly.
